Meet Your Mojo is for high-capacity women who are competent, reliable and outwardly successful, yet secretly exhausted from holding everything together. Not because you can’t cope, but because you’ve become The Invisible Expert who’s been coping for so long, you just can’t stop.

Our work together is NOT about becoming more productive, pushing harder, meeting big goals or climbing faster (you’ve already done that!) – it’s about slowing down, recalibrating your boundaries, rebuilding self-trust and helping you come back into alignment with your True Self.

Using My Simplicity Code, we’ll take a step back and discover where your life has started to run you instead of the other way around. Then we’ll reconfigure from the inside out so you can reconnect, rejuvenate, and reclaim your inner rhythms to bring your MOJO back to life.

We start with Compassion: understanding what’s actually happened and why you can’t switch off. Then Clarity: seeing patterns and choices clearly again, which creates the Courage to adapt in ways that are sustainable and responsive instead of simply reactive, so that we co-create your Connection as an outcome, rather than yet another task on a to-do list.

As Your Mojo Coach I’m based in South Africa, and coach women around the world because the challenges of stress, emotional depletion and burnout are global – and so is the work of restoring your MOJO.

Every coaching session is a safe and confidential space where you’ll feel heard and understood. Sessions run for 75 minutes with time in between meetings to integrate and reflect, because it’s the space between the notes that makes the music. That space is where the inner work happens, and you’ll want approximately an hour between coaching sessions to tend to it.
